The Welcome Team:
Be the first point of contact to those coming to the event.
Greet people with a warm welcome.
Communicate where Trunks, Cocoa Stations, Prayer Tent, and the Good News Tent are located.

Candy Runner Coordinator:
Recruit volunteers to be Candy Runners.
Coordinate Candy Runner Team to ensure candy buckets are filled and delivered to the Trunks before the start of the event.
Coordinate Candy Runner Team to ensure Trunks do not run out of candy during the event.
Come up with a Candy Runner Team theme and encourage volunteers to participate by wearing costumes.

Candy Runner:
Fill the candy buckets and deliver them to the Trunks before the start of the event.
Monitor candy buckets at the Trunks to make sure they do not run out of candy.
Refill candy buckets and deliver them to Trunks as necessary.

Cocoa Coordinator:
Recruit volunteers to be Cocoa Servers.
Coordinate the Cocoa Server Team to make cocoa before the event.
Coordinate the Cocoa Server Team to staff cocoa stations.
Coordinate the Cocoa Server Team to serve cocoa with pitchers to people in line.
Coordinate the Cocoa Server Team to make sure cocoa is made and stations are supplied.
Come up with a Cocoa Server Team theme and encourage volunteers to participate by wearing costumes.

Cocoa Server:
Make cocoa.
Staff cocoa stations.
Refill cocoa stations.
Serve cocoa via pitcher to those standing in line.

Security & Trash Crew:
Monitor the event for dangerous or suspicious activity.
Be available to step into any conflict that arises.
Monitor trash cans and empty them when full.

Clean-Up Crew:
Wash cocoa containers.
Put away tents.
Put away tables.
Put away cones.
Pick up trash.

Trunk Coordinator:
Recruit volunteers to decorate cars.
Organize parking layout for Trunks.
Coordinate Trunks and show them where to park when they arrive.
Coordinate Trunk themes and makes sure they are appropriate.

Trunk Decorator:
Decorate care with a theme.
Distribute candy.
Engage people and make them feel welcome.

Prayer Tent Coordinator:
Recruit volunteers for the Prayer Tent.
Organize the Prayer Tent team to pray for people.
Organize Prayer Tent team to record prayer requests for follow-up.
Equip people to have spiritual conversations.
Equip people to be able to share the Gospel.

Prayer Tent Team:
Pray with people who request prayer.
Engage in conversation.
Be ready to share the Gospel if the opportunity arises.
Give kids “The Gospel: God’s Plan for Me” book.
